No Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, no ad network. No cookie banner, because there is nothing to accept.
No calls to third-party servers
The fonts are hosted by us. Your browser contacts no external server when you view this site: your IP address is passed on to no one.
Your data stays in Switzerland
It is stored on our own server, in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as offering an adequate level of protection.
1. Who is the data controller
Centre de Thérapies Sion — trading as “LumiThérapie”, Rue du Rhône 11, 1950 Sion, Switzerland. For any question about your data: info@lumitherapie.eu.
This processing falls under European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) in so far as we address people located in the European Union, as well as under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
2. What we collect, and why

We never ask you for health data and we do not need any in order to advise you on a device. If you spontaneously share such data in a message, it will only be used to reply to you, then deleted along with the exchange.
3. Who else has access
No one, apart from the service providers strictly necessary to carry out your request: our email sending provider, the carrier who delivers to you, and the payment provider you choose (bank details never pass through our servers).
We do not sell, rent or exchange any data. No data is passed on for advertising purposes.
4. Cookies
This site places no advertising or audience measurement cookies. Only local storage may remember your language choice, on your device; it contains no identifier and is never transmitted.
5. Your rights
At any time you may request access to your data, its rectification, its erasure, the restriction of its processing, its portability, and you may object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time; newsletter mailings include a one-click unsubscribe link.
A simple request to info@lumitherapie.eu is enough. We reply within one month. If our reply does not satisfy you, you may contact the data protection authority of your country of residence, or the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
6. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Data is kept on a server that we operate ourselves, with encrypted backups and restricted access. In the event of a data breach likely to create a risk to your rights, we inform the competent authority and the persons concerned within the legal time limits.
